A: You can confirm compatibility by checking both the toilet shape and mounting type:

Mounting Type: This product is designed for two-piece toilets (separate seat and bowl). It cannot be installed on one-piece (integrated) toilets.
Bolt Hole Spacing & Dimensions: Measure the distance between the mounting bolt holes and the length from the bolt holes to the front edge of the bowl to ensure proper fit.

Delivery & Installation

For both rentals and purchases, delivery and installation are provided free of charge in serviceable areas.

Filter Replacement & Maintenance

Filter replacement and regular maintenance services are provided every 6 months. Our Coway service technician will contact you in advance and visit your home on the scheduled date and time to provide the service free of charge.

For Self-Care products, replacement filters will be delivered by mail, and customers are responsible for replacing the filters themselves. This service is also included in the rental fee.

Moving & Reinstallation

If you are moving, please contact our customer service center in advance to schedule the service.
There is a $50 fee for product removal and a separate $50 fee for reinstallation.

Contract Cancellation

If the contract is canceled before the end of the agreement term, 60% of the remaining balance will be charged as an early termination fee.

However, for U.S. military personnel, if Coway service is unavailable in the new assigned location, the contract may be canceled without penalty upon submission of the required documents requested by headquarters.
