Yes. Every new rental includes free delivery and free professional installation. Warranty coverage lasts for the full contract period, and scheduled filter replacement and cleaning visits are included in the monthly rate at no extra charge.

Water purifier filters are serviced every six months nationwide and bidet filters every twelve months. By component: RO membrane filters every 24 months, Plus Inno Sense every 18 months on countertop models, Plus Neo Sense every 6 months, and under-sink sediment filters every 6 months. Air purifier particulate filters run 12 months and deodorization filters 24 months.

Rental contracts run for 3, 5 or 6 years. Payment is by credit card or bank auto-debit, and the payment method can be switched from card to bank account later. Outright purchases can be split into interest-free installments.

Rental customers only need to provide the sales representative with their name, address, phone number, date of birth, and email address. Afterward, they will receive a secure link from Coway’s corporate system, where they can complete identity verification and set up automatic payments themselves. Once these steps are completed, the order submission is finalized.

Installation is not possible where water pressure falls below the required level, or where the nearest Coway dealer is more than 70 miles away. Connecting a purifier to a refrigerator is available on under-sink models only and costs $50. Drilling through marble costs $100. Relocation is $50 to uninstall plus $50 to reinstall, with $25 for each additional unit. Coway supplies installation insurance where a building requires it.

Early termination fees are waived with documentation in cases such as the account holder's death, bankruptcy or military enlistment. For any other reason, the fee is 60% of the remaining rental payments. Rentals cannot be converted to a purchase mid-contract; at the end of the term the unit can be returned or kept by continuing the same payment.
