This website (cowayusrental.com, the “Site”) is operated by Coway USA Rental.
We are an Independent Authorized Dealer of Coway USA, Inc. We are not a subsidiary, branch, or official website of Coway USA, Inc. This Privacy Policy applies only to personal information that we collect and process directly. Information collected by Coway USA, Inc. during the execution of a contract between you and Coway USA, Inc. is governed by Coway USA, Inc.’s own privacy policy.

3. Information We Do Not Collect
We do not collect or request Social Security Numbers (SSN) through any channel — including our website, telephone, text message, KakaoTalk, or email.
Any credit review required for a rental agreement is conducted directly between you and Coway USA, Inc. through its official contracting system. We do not view or retain such information.
We also do not collect, store, or process payment information, including credit card numbers or bank account details. All payment information is handled directly through Coway USA, Inc.’s official payment systems.
Note: If you receive a communication claiming to be from us or from Coway that requests your SSN, card number, or account password, do not respond. Please report it using the contact information below.
4. How We Use Your Information
- Responding to product inquiries and providing quotes
- Executing and fulfilling rental or purchase agreements
- Coordinating installation and after-sales service
- Sending promotional information (only where you have consented)
- Improving the Site and analyzing usage

- Non-discrimination for exercising these rights

This Policy is provided in Korean and English. The Korean version is a translation provided for convenience. In the event of any discrepancy, the English version shall govern.
