Coway USA Rental Services (Ordering & Maintenance)
What is Coway’s Heart Service?
- Friendly and professionally trained Coway specialists visit your home
- Includes product installation, regular filter replacement, maintenance, and repair throughout the rental period
- All services are included in your monthly rental fee
Service Schedule:
- Water Purifiers & Air Purifiers: Filter replacement every 6 months (nationwide across the U.S.)
- Bidets: Filter replacement every 12 months
Coway’s Trusted Warranty & Care
- Free installation for all products upon new sign-up
- 1-year warranty provided for one-time purchase customers
- Full warranty coverage for rental products throughout the entire rental period
- Regular filter replacement and product maintenance during the rental term
- Service provided every 6 months nationwide across the U.S.
Flexible Payment Options
- Interest-free installment plans available for purchase options
- Flexible rental terms: 3, 5, or 6 years
- Payments can be made via credit card or automatic bank withdrawal (ACH)
What Do I Need & What’s the Process?
- Basic information for both rental and purchase customers is collected through the website checkout process
- For purchase customers: Products are shipped after payment is completed
- For rental customers: Additional information is required during the contract process
Required Information for Rental:
- Driver’s license photo or Social Security Number
- Auto-payment details (bank account or credit card information including card number, expiration date, and CVV)
- After your order is placed, we will contact you via phone or email to confirm your order and schedule the installation date
- Please inform us of any special requests at the time of placing your order
Product Installation
Installation Limitations for Water Purifiers:
- Installation may not be possible if water pressure is below the required level
- Installation may not be available in areas without a nearby Coway branch or authorized dealer, or if the location is more than 70 miles away
Additional Charges:
- Connection to a refrigerator is only available for under-sink models – $50 additional fee
- Installation requiring countertop (e.g., granite/marble) drilling – $100 additional fee
- Relocation service:
- Removal: $50
- Reinstallation: $50
- Additional units: $25 each
- If insurance is required at the time of installation, Coway will provide it (sample available upon request)

Coway USA Rental Agreements, Cancellations & Other Services
Coway Rental Agreement Terms
- Conversion from rental to purchase is not available during the rental period
- After the rental term ends, you may return the product or continue using it by maintaining the same monthly payment
- Account ownership transfer is allowed after 6 months from the contract start date and must be requested at least 6 months before the contract ends
- For one-time purchase customers, a membership program is available, which includes regular maintenance and filter replacement services
- Auto-payment is typically set up with a credit card, but can later be changed to a bank account (ACH). If you do not have a credit card, a family member’s card may be used
Coway Rental Cancellation Policy
- Early termination fees may be waived in certain cases, such as death of the contract holder, bankruptcy, military service, or other verifiable circumstances
- For cancellations due to other reasons, an early termination fee equal to 60% of the remaining rental payments will be charged

- RO Membrane Filter: Replace every 24 months
- Plus Inno Sense Filter (Countertop): Replace every 18 months
- Plus Neo Sense Filter: Replace every 6 months
- Plus Inno Sense (D) Filter (Under-Sink): Replace every 6–12 months
- Sediment [20 micron] Filter (Under-Sink): Replace every 6 months
- Sediment [5 micron] Filter (Under-Sink): Replace every 6 months
- Neo Sense Filter (Under-Sink): Replace every 8 months
Coway Air Purifier Filter Replacement Schedule
- Air Purifier Particulate Filter: Replace every 12 months
- Air Purifier Deodorization Filter: Replace every 24 months
- Air Purifier Double Deodorization Filter: Replace every 6 months
- Air Purifier Indoor Fume Filter: Replace every 6 months
- Air Purifier AC Deodorization Filter: Replace every 24 months
- Double Deodorization Filter: Replace every 6 months
- Air Purifier Fine Dust Filter: Replace every 6 months
Coway Water Softener & Bidet Filter Replacement Schedule
- Water Softener Filter (BB-09AUS / BB-14AUS): Replace every 1 month
- Water Softener Salt: Refill 3 bags every 2 months
- Bidet Pre Micro Filter (BAS-22): Replace every 12 months
- Bidet MF Filter (BA12 / BA16): Replace every 12 months
